CATEGORIES & FEES

Participants fall into four categories:

1. Men’s individual entry US$20
2. Female individual entry US$20
3. Open team ( ringers allowed) (entry US$20 per team member with teams consisting of 2 or 3 individuals)
4. Corporate Team (no ringers) (must be a three person team) (entry US$100 per team).

Only Corporate teams eligible for Corporate Cup.

Start time: 7.00am

THE COURSE

The triathlon starts on the beach at Baughers Bay (the small beach next to the WoodShop at the Peter Island Ferry doc). Please
park your car in the car park at the Peter Island Ferry dock.

ENTRY FEE

Entry fee includes drinks during the race, event t-shirt and goody bag, race number and breakfast after the event.

PRIZES

Prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed man, woman and team. Awards at the sports club over breakfast after the race.

Only Corporate teams eligible for Corporate Cup.

SWIM 750 meters
RACECOURSE: the swim racecourse begins and ends at the Baughers Bay beach (the swim course will be clearly marked).

BIKE 20 km
(NOTE: NO drafting. Aero bars allowed)
The bike ride begins at the Baughers Bay beach (if you are a solo competitor you need to leave your running gear at the sports
club before you start the race)

RACECOURSE: turn left out of Baughers Bay beach and cycle to town along the dual carriageway. At the end of the dual
carriageway continue through town on Waterfront Drive past Pussers, The Pub, etc. Once past Prospect Reef continue along the
Ocean Road though Duffs Bottom and Sea Cows Bay. Keep going through Nanny Cay and continue past Ocean Reef Apartments,
the turn around point is around 500 meters past the Ocean Reef Apartments (there will be a marshal there to tell you to turn
around and to check you in). The second half of the race is from the turn around point back the same way to TSC.

RUN 5 km
The run starts and ends at TSC.
RACECOURSE: turn left out of TSC and run along the dual carriageway all of the way to the end of the dual carriageway (by the
Quomar Building) run around the roundabout and run down the other side of the dual carriageway all the way into town. At the
end of the dual carriageway turn left onto De Castro Street and run down that road past Bolo’s and Scotia Bank. At the
crossroads at Scotia Bank go straight over follow the road past Island Video and Ample Hamper. At the the new Banco Popular
turn right and run up Administration Drive past FirstCaribbean International Bank. At the top of Administration Drive (a marshal
will be there to check you in) turn right and run up Waterfront drive up to the roundabout then run up the dual carriageway all of
the way back up to TSC. The race ends at TSC.

THIS IS A FUN TRIATHLON
While it is recognized that entrants will give it their all, they should recognize that the event is a fun triathlon, the marshals and organizers in the event will try their best to make sure that everything is performed as well as possible. Please treat the event in the fun spirit in which is it intended.
