Course/format:
Swim: 1.20km (2x loops of 600m) – clockwise direction
Transition: Smuggler’s Cove carpark
Run: 8.25km (3x loops of 2.75 km) – clockwise direction– hilly!

Aquathon Series Kicks Off With Smuggler’s Stormer
A new chapter in the history of multi-discipline sports was written with the BVI and the world’s first ever swim/run/swim/run event. This exciting new format tempted past racers out of retirement and new racers.
2016 Aquathon Championships
The BVI Triathlon Federation is introducing the 2016 Aquathon Championships, a three event series, which will see the first national aquathon champions crowned. The first event takes place at Smuggler’s Cove on Saturday, September 24th.
2016 BVI Triathlon & Aquathon Calendar
The 2016 BVI triathlon and aquathon calendar will see nine events, starting with the tri-tasting Try A Tri on Sunday, January 31, and finishing with the CaneChristmasAthon on December 10th.
