The BVITF Executive Committee is empowered to make policy on the conduct of the Federation’s activities. The Committee shall undertake the
organisation and administration of training weekends and multi-sports events and road running held in the BVI. The Executive Committee must be bound
by any collective decision it makes. The composition of the Executive Committee will be as follows:
a. The President.
b. The Chairman.
c. The Treasurer.
d. Secretary General.
5. The Committee shall be confirmed in their appointments annually at the AGM. The President and Chairman are appointed by the Committee on the
advice of the outgoing incumbent.
6. A meeting of the Executive Committee is valid only if either the President or Chairman is present and if at least 2 of its members are present.
7. In keeping with the demands of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) with respect of women in Sport, there is to be a minimum of two women
elected to the TRIBVI
