Saturday March 30th 7:30 am start, at Trellis Bay Beach in front of Boardsailing BVI. The format for this training day is going to be:
- warm up with some riding (15-20min) – some riding instruction –gear selection and leg speed
- then some ride to run transitions with a short easy run to get hot (15min)
- At this point I will want do some swimming instruction and drills. (15min).
- Swim to bike transitions (10min)
- A few full training mini tris (15min)
